Ingenium is delighted to announce that preparations are under way to deliver its next project ‘Genius Search’ Workshops will commence on 8th October 2016 in Bally Rehearsal Studios in London and will last 10 weeks, doing four hours a week, culminating in a showcase on 10th December 2016.
‘Genius Search’ will engage 15 young people aged 16 to 24 in North London. The program will offer music sessions in which young people will work with professionals who have appropriate music and dance skills. Students will acquire new skills in writing songs, playing instruments, dancing, and performing, with a strong focus on building self-confidence and expression throughout each activity. In addition to creative exploration, the sessions will provide space for young people to learn the skills and knowledge required to plan, design, deliver, and evaluate events. The young people will use the skills and knowledge acquired to organize and produce a showcase at the end of the project. Students will exercise their newly honed planning and problem solving skills to design publicity materials, promote the show, sell tickets, and invite guests.
More details of the program including on how to register will be available soon. However if anyone wants to book a slot, finding out more information or would like to be involved in the planning and organization of the project, please do not hesitate to make contact by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 07957 721679.
