WE’RE BACK! ‘Beyond Music’ – Music and Events Management workshops for young people

Ingenium is delighted to announce that preparations are under way to deliver its next project  ‘Beyond Music’.  Workshops will commence on Friday 5 October 2018 in rehearsal studios in Tottenham, London, doing four hours a week, culminating in a showcase on 28th November 2018
The program funded by Big Lottery will engage 15 young people aged 16 to 24.
Young people will work with artists who have appropriate music and dance skills to learn new skills in writing songs, playing instruments, dancing, and performing, with a strong focus on building self-confidence and expression.
The sessions will also provide space for young people to learn the skills to plan, design and deliver events.  The young people will use the skills and knowledge acquired to organize and produce a showcase at the end of the project.
More details of the program including on how to register will be available soon.  For more information or how to get in the project, send an e-mail to info@ingenium.org.uk  or call on 07957 721679.
Further information:  Ingenium aims to transform the lives of young people. The programme creates pathways to employment and career progression by developing programme participants’ confidence, leadership, and organizational and social skills, by engaging them through music.
